If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and your dissatisfaction is related to damage of the item in the package, faulty construction, including rips or tears, faulty seams or blemishes that renders your product unpresentable, or it’s just not the item you thought it would be, you may request a return of the product and obtain a Return Authorization Number from The Personal Protection Throw. No returns will be accepted without a written Authorization and a Return Authorization Number, provided by the Company.
BUT, you cannot return the product if it has been used, soiled or not in the original package, and not in its original condition. Your Return Authorization request will be processed within 48 hours. Upon receipt of your return, within 5 business days, a refund will be issued to your credit card subject to inspection and conditions stated in our conditions for return.
If you purchase more than 1 throws, and you need to inspect all the products prior to use, you may inspect all the throws. If you need to return all of the throws, they must be in original packaging, and all throws must be in usable condition, and not subject to use, dirt, or washing, and must still be in its original delivered condition.
